Pricing for studies and presentations
Custom work is done on the following basis: Time on the project is charged at $160 per hour If desired, a cost cap can be agreed to prior to project initiation Expenses for materials and travel are charged at cost The standard rate for presentations is: $3,000 for the first day and the presentation After 1 day, $750 per day, or partial day, for travel Travel expenses are charged at cost Up to 4 hours of preparation is included, over that is $160 per hour
Invoicing is monthly, or at project completion. Terms are net 30 days. Invoices provide a detailed accounting of time and materials.
